Flarida, hereinafter called "LESS~"
1. LEA..SE OF VF~IICLES: LES90RS hereby lease to LESSEE, and
LESS~ here y xres raa~ RS, on tae tern~s and conditions hereinafte~r
s~t farth, the motor vehicle described as one 1973 IGenMrorth '~?~actor Diesel ~e` ~
bearit~g Serial N~anber 230779 for term beginning August 24, 1981 and

2. RFNf: 'Ihe rent for the vehicle shall be ~14,000.00 payab2e
as follows:~2,SU0.00 upon e~cecution of this Lease, and the balance pay-
able in equal monthly installments aver ~he period of this Lease~, and in
addition thereto interest in the a~no~.mt of 18~ ger anrnm an the tmpaid
balance payable monthly with the installment of principal. All rentals
s:~all be paid by LES.S~EF. to L~ at the address of LES90RS herein set
forth, or to sach other person or organization as LES90~tS may designate in
writirxg, or as may be designated in writing by an assignee of this Lease
pursuant to Section 16 hereof.
3. SECURITY DF~06IT: LESS~, to secure the perfonnancp of this
agreenent, s on even tes grant to LFSSaRS a martgage upon real
property located in St. Lucie Camty, Florida, to-wit:

If LESS~ fully crn~plies with all of the terms and conditians hereaf, said
mortgage shall be Teleased to ~L-F~SS~ ar~d fully satisf ied by LES.SORS. If
LES,SEE fails to comply ~-ith az~y uf the teims ~ereof, ~ch deposit may be
~ applied by LFSSOR,.S in satisfactiQn of any of LESSEE's obligatians herauuier,
! or in payment of any costs or exgenses, inctuding attorney fees, that
~ LFS,90R may incur by reaso~ of such default.
4. INSiIItANCE: FRANK Di9CHMA, LESSEE, sha11 procure and maintain
i at all ±imes u~g the terms hereof, liability and praperty ~avnage ins~~r-
ance, with limits of ~250,OQ0.00 per person and ~SOO,Q00.00 per accid~nt
~ bodily injury, and ~300,UOO.UO per accide~tit preperty damage. LESSEE shall ~
( also maintain collision in~urance wit~ a maxi.m~nn dec~ictible amo~mt of
~250.00 A11 such insurance shall be written by a:.arrier licensed ~
ta do bu.siness and regularly doing business in the State of ~lorida. In the ;
evEnt LFS.S~ fa~ls to pay for and pro~vide any insura~ce ~ecified herein as
the ~-esponsibility of i.ESSEE, LESS~tS may, at their option, pay for such !
insurar~~ and add the aaamt pai.d ta the next monthly 1-e~ntal payment due 1
fran LFS.SEE. LESSEE sha]1 pramptly notify LFSSORS of any accident or incident i

5. ~ LICII~SE PLATES~ArID~REGISTRATiON: Title to a11 leased vehicles
and equipmen~t s register in t name of LESSARS who shall be re- '
spons~ble for tt~ ~nitial registrati.on of all such vehicles and equipment in
the State of Flarida. itegistration in states other than Florida shall be at
the expense of LESSEE. i~k~ shall also bear the cost of annual registratiQn
ar license fees, and shall see to it th~t valid license plates are proper~y
affixed to the leased vehicles at aIl times.

c. In violation of any law, ordinance, or regulation;
d. So as to avoid any insurance covering the sa~ne;
