upon the Wife's Petition tor Temporary Relief, and the Court ~

beinq fully advised 3n the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERBD AND ADJUDGED as follows:

l. This Court finds that the marital home `
located at 126 Osceola Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, is owned
by the Wife, and that she shall have sole possession thereof. The
Husband is hereby directed to remove himself an8 the following
personal praperty therefrom by 7:00 p.m. this date: color television,
footstool, waterbed, his personal cloth3ng and personal effects. No
other items shall be removed from the home by the Husband.
2. The Husband is hereby ordered to return any and all keys '
to the inarital home in his possession to the Wife by 7:00 p.m.
this date.

~ each other or their respective families.
4. In the event either par_ty fails to comply with the
provisions of this Order in the presen~e of a law en~orcemeni:
o~f~cer, the Sheriff of St. Lucie County is hereby directed to i
take into custody the offending party and to notify this Court at
~ once.
