4. Except as specifically designated here~n, nothing here shal~
constitute a change or a~ndment to the aforementiuned promissorX note and
mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal repr~senta-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
6. The QMmer(s) shall be bound to the Association ~o ~he same ex- ~
ten~ and in the same manrer as if ±~~e Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortgage and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
~ is satisfa~tory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
~ sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Associa~ion
hereby consents to the sale, transfer andior conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the 0~?er(s). ~
