The sum of S455.07 mcnthly~ commencinq 30 ` days after the closing and including interest thereon at the rate of Twelve and one-half (12 1/28)percent per annum, provided ~ however that the entire amount of principal indebtedness shall be , fully due and payable within five (5) years from the date of the • closin4, reserving unto the Buyers the rig~t to prepay all or any portion thereof at any time witho~t penalty.
