A. The sum of S455.07 mcnthly~ commencinq 30 `
days after the closing and including interest thereon at the rate
of Twelve and one-half (12 1/28)percent per annum, provided
~ however that the entire amount of principal indebtedness shall be
, fully due and payable within five (5) years from the date of the
• closin4, reserving unto the Buyers the rig~t to prepay all or any
portion thereof at any time witho~t penalty.
B. Upon payment of the aforesaid sum of
$42,500.00 the Sellers shall execute and deliver to the Buyers a
General Warranty Deed for the afore$aid property and all
documentary stamps and recording fees due thereon shall be paid
by the Buyers.
C. In adaition to the principal and interest
payments as here~nabove required, the Buyers shall pay to the
Seller an equal monthly ins~allment equal to ore twelfth (1/12)
~ of the an~ual real estate taxes and fire and casualty insurance
premiums on said property, said payment to be made simultaneously
4 with the principal aiid interest paymznt due as required herein,
the initial amount being the sum of $69.75 monthly.

right and option to assume and agree to pay the then outstanding
balance of principal indebtedness due on ~aid mortgage as a
