authorized and direc~ed by each and all of the parties hereto to
disburse such payments in the following manner: ~
' A. To GDV Financial Corporation an amount
necessary to maintain said mortgaye in current and non-delinquent
status.
B. The balance thereof, if uny, shall be
disbursed and paid to the Seller.
C. The Buyers aqree to pay for this service
of HAROLD H. GOLDMAN, ESQUIRE the additional sum of $10.00 per
month and the said HAROLD H. GOLDMAN, ESQUIRE is required to make
such payments only upon funds received and collected b~? him and
undertakes no warranty for the presercation of the current status

of said mortgage other than as herein required.
6. Buyers shall be obligated to pay and shall pay
~ before delinquency all taxes and assessments coming due on and

after the date of closinq. In addition trereto, during the lif~

~ of this contract, Buyers shall insure and keep insured aqainst

~ fire or other casualty all ic^provements nvw on the property and

~ ( improvement~ that my hereafter be built thereo*? in an amount not
~ i less than its full insurable value, and saxci policy of insurance
~
shall have contained upon the face thereof a mortgagee clause in
' favor of the Seller as her interest may appear. All premiums on

~ such policy shall be paid by the B~~yers.

' ~ 7. If Buyers fail or neglect to pay an_y
~ ~
~ installment of taxes or any assPssment or insurance premium when
due, ~eller shall have the right to make such payment and to ado
the atnount or amounts thereof, together with interest at Twelve
~ ~ and one-half (12 1/2$j pe~ cent per annum to the obliqation of
` the Buyers. Such right shall be deemed td be an option and shall
t ir~pose no obligation or~ the Seller and Seller may elect to trPat
such neglect or fai2ure or. the p~rt of the Buyers as a breach of
