I ~rantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with Grantor hereby , expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and to camply with all of the I covenants, terms, conditions and provisions set forth and contained in the ! aforedescribed Declaration of Con3ominium, including, but not limit~d to, the , obligation to make pay~ent of assessments for the maintenance and operation ( of the Condominium which may be levied against the above-described Apart- ment. Grantee expressly acknowledges the existence of a Settlement Sdpula- ~ tion and Agreement for and Grant of Easements and Other Rights• (the "Settle- I ment StipulaLton") and a Declaration of Protective Cov~nants and Restrictions ~ (the "Prote~t~ve Covenants") , as well as the "Designati~n Notice" modifying the Settlement Stipulation and Protective Cover.ants, all as hereinaft~r set forth. The Settiement Stipulation provides for this Condominium to be servsd by certain €acillties of High Poirtt of Fort Pierce Condominium Section 1 and the Prot~ctive Covenants provides for certain land use covenants upon the land areas described therein (including, but nat limited to, portions of the land areas included within this C~ndominium) and provides for certain drainage ~.asements and other eas~ments and rights includir.g, but not limited to, the "Roadway Easement", "Sewage System Rights", "Waier System Rights" and "Future Development Property Drainage Ea~ement", all as are more particular- , ly described therein, all in addition to the other matters set forth in the S~ttlement Stipulation ar.d Protective Co~enants, which other matters include, but are not limited to, the obligation to pay certain "Assessments" as are res~ectfveYy set forth in tne Settlement Stipulati9n and Protective ~venants .
