The undersigned, owner (s) of the premises described below, in consideration of the p~yment of S 1.00 and other `
good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grant and give to Florida Power
& Light Company, its licensees, agents, successors, and assigns, an eaument forever ior the construction, operation and
maintenance of overhead and underground electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits and appur- 1
tenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; witt~ the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, enlarge. change the siu of
and remove such facilities or any of them, on the property described as fullows:
A 10 Foot wide easemen~ as shown on attached Exhibit "B" made a
part of and attached here to on the following described property shown
on Exhibit "A" made a part of and attacY?ed hereto.
Al1 of the above is in the Sections 10 & 11~ Township 34~ Range 40,
St. Lucie County, Florida.

together with the right to permit any other person, firm or corporation to attach wires to any facilities hereunder and lay
cable and conduit within the right of way and to operate the same for communications purposes with the right of ingress
and egess to said premises at all times, to clear the land and keep it cteared oi' all trees, undergrowth or other obstructions $
within the easement area; to trim and cut and keep trimmed and cut all dead, weak, leaning or dangerous trees or limbs ~
outside of the easement area which might interfe~e with or Call upon the lines or systems of communications or power trans-
mission or distribution, and further gants, to the fullest extent the undersigned has the powe~ to grant, if at all, the rights
