This cause coming on to be heard ex uarte on the Husband's
Motion to Aopoint Substitute Elisor and the Court having vrev-
iously appointed Tom Curl, but being advised the he has a poten-
tial conflict of interest, and upon Husband's ~lotion, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Zbm Curl is removed as Elisor,
previously appointed. It is further

I (a) That said Co-Elisors are hereby authorized and direct-

child to-wit: CANDY LEE PENDLETON, and to forthwith return
said minor child to the custody of the Husband, RANDY PENDLETON,
