STIPULATION OF SETTLEMENT
COME NOW the parties, CLARENCE E. PETERS and DARLENE PETERS,
by and through their undersigned attorney, and stipulate and
agree to the settlement of the petition for modification and the
counter-petition for modification herein. The parties agree that
the final judgment of dissolution of marriage entered in this
; cause September 2, 1980, stiall be amended and modified as
follows:
1. With regard to child support, CLARENCE E. PETERS, II,
` shall pay to DARLENE PETERS, the sum of $120.00 every two weeks
i

_ for the support of the two minor children of the parties. There
shall be no further modification of the child support requirement
~ for three years from the date of this stipulation.

2. With regard ta visitation, the parties agree to the
following reasonable visitation by the father of the children,

CLARENCE E. PETERS, II.
~
~ A. When the father is in Ohio~ he shall have the
right to reasonable visitation with his children at all times,
€
~ provided that he give DARLENE PETERS 24 hours' notice of his
~ intent to visit with the children and provided that such
~
~ visitations do no~ unreasonably interfere with the schooling of
~
~ the children. ~ ~
