under the martgage or note referred to above.
4. Except as speciftcally designated herein, nothing fiere shall
constitute a chan~e or arrendment ta the afo+rementioned promissary note and
mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is bi~dina upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
_ 6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
~ tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortgaae and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
~ 7. The Association hereby agrees that~the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also $atisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer andJor conveyance of the mortgaged
praperty to the Owner(s).
