Grantor, cnd STANLEY S. SIROTIN, hereinofter called the Grontee, whose
mailing vddress is 65 North Catalinc Avenue, Pcsodena, Caiifornia 91106.
WITNESSETH :
That the said Crantor, pursuant to the provisions of the Last Will
and Testament of Samuel G. Sirotin, Arlicle IV, does hereby gtQnt, ba~gain and sell
to the scid Crontee that ce~roin p~ece or parcel of land situate in St. Lucie County,
Flarida, described as follows, to-wit:

11, at Page 12 (a), (b) and (c~, oF the PublicRecords
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This Deed is made subject to restrictions, conditions and limitations
of record: zoning ordincnces and eosemenh o; record, if any, ond to taxes wbse-
quent to the year 1980.
T4 HAVE AND TO HOLD the above premises, with their righh,
easements and appurtenances, to the Grantee, his hein and assigns forever, in as '
full and ample monner as the same was possessed and enjoyed by the said SAMUEL
G. SIROTIN, Deceased, during his iiFetima.
And the Grantor does covenant with the Grantee ond his heirs and
assigns that the premises are free from all encumbrances made by the Grontor, but
