PERSONAL REPitESENTATIVE' S DEED ~
THIS INDENTURE, macle and entered into this 14th dqy oF
August, A. D., t981, between ALLEN STOLAR, os Penonc~ Representative
of the ESTATE QF SAMUEI C. SIROTIN, Deceased, herein~fter called the Gronto~,
and EVELYN HARRIS, here~nofter cclied the Grontee, whose mailing address is
304 Ciinton Place, Hackensack, New Jersey 07601.
WITNESSETH:
That the said C=ranto~, pursuant to the provisions of the Last Wii) and
Testament of Samuel C. Sirotin, Article IV, does hereby grant, bargoin and sell
to the wid Grontee that certain piece or paresl of (and situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
Lot A, Biock 11, QUEENS COVE SUBDIVISION,
UNIT 1, os per pict thereoF, recorded in Plct Book
11, Page 12 (a), (b) and (c), af the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This Deed is made subjact to reshictions, conditiorts and limitotions
of recor~: zoning ordinances ond eosemenh of record, if any, and to taxes subse-
queht to the year 1980.
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the obove premises, with their rights,
easements ond appurtenances, to the Grantee, her heirs and assigns forever, in
as full and ample manner as the same w~as possessed ond enjoyed by ttie sc~id
SAMI~L G. SIROTIN, Deceased, during his lifetime.
And the Grontor does covenant with the Grantee and her hein and
assigns that the p~emises are free f~om all encumbrances nwde by the Granto~,
but against none other.
