and Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and the Ninety-Nine Year !

Lease, as recorded in Official Records Book 187, page 797 of the ~

Public Records of~St. Lucie County, Florida, described in the fore- ~
going 'warranty Deed; understands that each and every provision of ~
the foregoing documents is made for the benefit of all owners of ~

the condominium and is essential to the successful operation and ~
management of said condominium property; covenants for himself, ~
heirs, st~ccessors.and assigns forever to abide by eac~ and every
provision of said Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws

and the Ninety-Nine Year Lease Agreement; and further agrees to pay #

the mortgage, if any, described in the foregoing Deed. Grantee ~

further consents that the undivided share and certain interest in ~

the condominium property and in the common elements appurtenant to

the condominium unit herein conveyed, and the proportional share of
the common.expenses for which the Grantee shall be liable shall be
four (4) percent.
