PETITION TO RE-OPEN ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATE
T~ THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF THE ABOVE-STYLED COURT: .
COMES NOW, J. WEBSTER BROWN by and through his under-
signed attorney, and respectfully represents:
1. That the Last Will and Testament of the above-
named decedent was admitted to probate in the above-styled
Court on June 4, 1975 and Letters Testamentary were issued
to your Petitioner to serve without bond on June 4, 1975.
That i~hereafter your Petitioner duly administered the adminis-
tration of James Vincent Brown, who was the father of your
Petitioner.
2. That your Petitioner has recently discovered that -
the decedent had mineral interests in the State of West Virginia
Ij through a company known as Allegheny Land & Mineral Company

~ of Clarksburg, West Virginia. That the interests of the

decedent~consist of working interests in certain oil and gas
~ -

~ wells located in the State of West Virginia in as many as ~
~ six counties. That the account number of the decedent was
a
Number 5017. That the Allegheny Land and Mineral Company -
bocks and records reveal the exact interest of the decedent

~ but during the course of the ~riginal administration, your

~ Petitioner never located nor found any documeritary evidence
a of the decedent's interest or information which specified
