The exact value of the interest is indeterminate at this.time and depending on the facts and circumstances as will be set forth in the final prospectus to be promulgated by the Allegheny Land and Mineral Company. 4. That it is necessary your Petitioner be re-appointed as Personal Representative under the Will ef the above-named decedent in order to properly administer the asset hereinabove ~ generally referred to and in order to be ab~.e to act with authority with respect to the impending tender offer. 5. That at the time of the Petition for the Probate of the Will of the above-named decedent, the decedent's wife, Jeanie Small Murray Brown, survived the decedent. That decedent's wife, Jeanie Small Murray Brown, became deceased on January 1, 1978 and her estate was probated in the Circuit Court in and for Broward County, Florida in the Probate Division under File Number 78-4092. 6.
