of St. Lucie County, Florida, being described as: The East 442
feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the SW Z/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section"9,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East, less the East 330 feet of the NE1/4 of the
SW1/4 of the SWll4 of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 39 East
. previously transferred.: by the Grantor to the Grantee by Warranty Deed
dated December 4, 1965. Subject to any right of ways for roads or canals.
PARCEL VIII:
Begin at the SW corner of the N1/2 of the SW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 9
Township 35 South, Range 39 East thence run east 44.5 feet to a point,
. said point being the east boundary of the canal right of way as reco.rded
in Chancery Order Book.2 at page 55 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; thence run ivorth 325 feet for a point of beginning; thence
run North along said canal right of way 319.85 feet to the edge of Willis
Road right of way; thence run East 293.5 feet along the Willis Roacl right
of way, thence run South 319.85 feet; thence run East 211 feet; thence
run South 325 feet; thence run West 329 feet, thence run North 325 feet;
thence run West 175.5 feet to the point of.beginning, less and
excepting therefrom all rights of way for public roads and drainage canals
and subject to easements for utilities. "
