feet of the.Northeast 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 9,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East, less the East 330 feet of the NE1/4 of the
SW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 39 East
previously transfecred.:.by the Grantor to the Grantee by Warranty Deed
dated December 4, 1965. Sub3ect to any right of ways for roads or canals.

Begin at the SW corner of the N1/2 af the SWI/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 9
Township 35 South, Range 39 East thence run east 44.5 feet to a point,
said point being the 2ast boundary.of the canal right of way as recorded
in Chancery Order Book 2 at page 55 of the public records of St. Lucie .
County, Florida; thence run North 325 feet for a point of beginning; thence
run North along said canal right of way 319.85 feet to the edge of.FTilZis
Road right of way; thence r~:n East 293.5_feet along the Willis Road right
of way, thence run South 3I9.85 feet; thence run East 211 feet; thence
