aft~r called the BUYER , The Seller agrees to seit and the Buyer agrees to buy the
fotlowing descrived property :

The Purchase price for said property is $3500.00 with a down payment being made at
the signinc~ of this contract in the amount of $500.00 with a balance of $3000.00. The
amount financed witl be carried by John L. Hope for a period of five ( 5) years at an
interest rate of 18$ wit~ monthly payments of $80.00 per month beginnina May 1, i981,
and on the first day of each month thereafter until paid in full. The SELLER will
