IN RE: The Marriage of:
GORDON RICHARD BUNDRICK, Husband
and
VERA BUNDRICK, Wife
ORDER
This matter coming on to be heard on the Wife's petition for ~
temporary relief, the Husband and Wife both being present~in Court, ~
and both parties stipulating in open Court to the following, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Temporary custody of the minor child is awarded to the Wife,
subject to the reasonable visitation rights of the Husband, so long
as it is not late in the evening and he has not been drinking
alcoholic beverages. ~
2. The Hus~and shall pay to the t~ife the sum of $25.00 per
week as temporary child support. ~
3. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $25.00 per
week as temporary alimony.
4. The Wife shall have the right to possession of the mobile

home occupied by the parties during the marriage, and shall be
responsible for making the payments on same.
5. The Husband may remove from the home his oersonal belongings
and the air conditioner.
6. The Husband is responsible for outstanding bi3.ls other
than the payment on.the mobile home.
~ 7. The Husband shall pay to Ben L. Bryan, Jr., Attorney for
~
~ the Wife, the sum of $100.00 as temporary attorney's fees, together
~
~ with $27.00 as costs. The payments shall be made at the rate of
~ $20.00 per week, starting November 1, 1981.
