ORDER ~ ~
This cause having come on before this Court on the 19th day
of October, 1981, on the Wife's Amended Motion ~for an Order of Contempt
and the Court having heard the testimony of the Wife and being other-
ise fully advised in the premises, it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, JAMES L. COOPER, is
found to be in willful contempt of this Ceurt for failure to pay child
support as ordered by this Court on August 27, 1981, and is arrears
in child support in the amaunt of $720.00 through and including October
16, 1981, and for failure to pay Attorney's fees in the amount of
$150.00 as Ordered by this Court on August 27, 19$1.• It is further
i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as punishment for Contempt Che Husband

~ JAMES L. CQOPER, shall be confined to the St. Lucie County Jail for

~ a period of 60 days. The Sheriff or any other law enforcement officer
~ of this State is hereby ordered to take the klusband imomediately into
custoyd and to deliver him to the St. Lu~ie County Jail. ~
The Husband may purge himself of Contempt by paying to the
~
Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, the amount of $720.00 as set
out above as child support.arrearage and the sum of $15D.00 as Attorney's
fees, in cash, certified check, bank draft, cashier's eheck or any
~
type of money order. '

Upon receiving the payments as listed above together with
a$2.00 Clerk's fee, the Sheriff of St. Lucie County shall deliver
the arrearage payment directly to the Clerk of this Court and the
Attorney's fees directly to JACQUELINE L. RUSSAKIS, and shall release
the Husband from custody.
~ The Clerk of this Court shall disburse the $720.00 to the ~
Wife and shall retain as his fee the remaining $2.00. It is further
