and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on March 9 19 .
. 2. Petitioner files herewith either a final accounting containing a complete report of all
receipts and disbursements since the commencetnent of administration of this estate, or since the date
of the last accounting filed herein, if any, ot waivers signed by all interested gersons, other
than Petitioner, waiving the filing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment, settlement, or other
disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the

f payment of all taxes and expenses of administration. -
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal representatives, '

6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribucion of the assets of this estate as set ~
~ forth in tfie schedule of distribution attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
