FILE NO. 79-290 CP IN RE: ESTATE OF ~ I WALTER T. ROBINSON, DECEASED. PETITION FOR DISCHARGE ~ The undersigned, as personal representative of the ~ above estate, alleges: ~ 1. The decedent, WAI,TER T. ROBINSON, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on June 11, 1979, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on June 22, 1979. 2. Petitioner files herewith either a final account- , ing containing a complete report of all receipts and disburse- ments since the commencement of administration of this estate, or since the date of the last accounting filed herein, if ~ any, or waivers signed by all int~rested persons, other than Petitianer, waiving the~filing of a final accounting. 3. That decedent's daughters, LISA TONETTE ROBINSON ~ i ; and DEBRA JAN PRZCE, filed a Petiti.on for Revocation of probate ~ - R and Petition to Revoke decedent`s Will alieging lack of testa- ~ mentary capacity on behalf of decedent and further alleging F ~ ~ un~ue influence exercised by decedent's surviving spouse, Jean ~ M. Rabinson. That those issues have been tried in the Circuit ~ Court for Pike County, Kentucky, which Court ruled that lack ~ € ~ of testimentary capacity had not been found and that no undue ~ influence was exercised in the execution of~decedent's Will. ~ That said decision from the Pike County, Kentucky, Circuit Court was appealed to the Kentucky Court of Appeals and said z ~ ~ ` Caurt of Appeals affirmed the ruling of the lower court.
