THE UNDERSIGNED, being the estranged husband of ANNIE
WHITE, who died intestate on October 18, 1979, leaving five ( 5)
children, RAYMOND WHITE, JR., MARJORIE ROBINSON, McKINLEY SPEARS,
BOBBY WHITE and PRISCILLA WHITE, and as such entitled to the first
TWENTY THOUSAND 20,000.00 ) DOLLARS plus one-half ( 1/2 ) of
the residue and remainder of the Estate, hereby waives all rights
and claims to said spousal share in exchange for ONE THOUSAND
1,000.00 ) DOLLARS on the condition that the Estate is divided
among my above children,~taking into account that RAYMOND WHITE,
~ JR., i.s not mentally competent and that he will be provided for,
