PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representat~ve of the
above estate, alleges: ~
1. The decedent, Rose M. Borkland, a resident of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, died on June 19, 1981, and Letters
of Administration were issued to petitioner on July 15, 1981.
2. Petitioner files herewith ~ither a final account-
ing containing a complete report of all receipts and disburse-
ments since the commencement of administration of this
estate, or since the date of the last accounting filed
herein, if any~ or waivers signed by all interested persons, ~

' other than Petitioner, waiving the filing of a final account-

ing. .
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate

~ ~ .by making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all

~ claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or
~ making provision for th~ payment of all taxes and expenses
~ of administration.

~ paid to the personal representative, attorneys, accountants,
` appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen-
