THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon motion for
attorney's fees and costs, and the Court having been
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED that Edgar A. Brown, attorney for defendant,
shall receive the sum of Three Thousand, Five Hundred
Dollars, ($3,500) as a reasonable fee in this cause,
and it is further
! ORDERED tha~ Edgar A. Brown, attorney for defendant,
shall receive the sum of Four Thousand, Seven Hundred-
~ Sixty Seven Dollars-and 20/1Q0 ($4,767.20) for costs in

this cause, and it is further
`1 ORDERED that plaintiff shall deposit the amount of
