B. "Developer", "Owner", "Unit", "Home", and any other defined terms
tised herein, and elsewhere in these Articles, are used with the definitions given
those terms in the aforesaid Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, Easements,
• Charg~s and Liens of The Sands Community Association, Inc.
C. The Sands Development initially consists of that certain real property
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows: ~ -

hereof.)
~ Y. VOTING AND ASSESSMENTS • •
A. Subject to the restrictions and limitations hereinafter set forth, ihe
Developer shall be entitled initially to ! 000 Class C membership interests in the
Association, and one (1) vote for each such membership interest. Class A and B
members shal! be entitled to one (1) membership interest for each Lot owned, and
' one (1) vote for each such interest to the extent that a Lot contains (or under the
