A. The oificers of the Assaciation shal! be a Prrsident, one or more Vice ~
Presidents, a Secretary, and a Treasurer, and such other ofiicers as the Board may
from time to time create by resolution. Any two (2) or more offices may be held
by the same person, except the oifices oi PresideRt and Secretary. Officers shall
be elected for one (1) year terms in accordance with the procedures set forth in the
By-Laws. The names and address~s of the officers who are to manage the affairs
