X. AMENDMEI~lT TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
. These Articles may be altered, amended or repealed by vote of a majority of
the 8oard of Directors. No amendment affecting the Developer, its successors,
nominees or assigns, as Developer ~f The Sands Development (as the same is ~
defin~d in the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, rasements, Charges and
Liens of The Sands Community Association, Inc.) shall be effective without the
prior consent of the Developer, its successors, nominees or assigns, as Developer.
No amendment affecting the use, sale or lease of the comrrton areas, common ~
properties, and other such common ownerships a~ defined in the aforementioned
Declaration of Covenants, shall be adopted or effective. without the prior approval
of the Developer. '
