O. Box 790, Fort Pierce, FL 3345~), hereinafter referred to as "ienant", as lessee and party of the second part. W I T N E S S E T H: Landlord demises, leases and lets unto Tenant the premises as improved situate at 316 Avenue A, Fort Pierce, Florida and ~ the real property comprising the same situate in St. Lucie County, Florida; being legally described as: A part of Lot 9 of AARON LEE'S MAP OF THE CITY OF FORT PZERCE, as per plat thereof in~Plat Book 1, page 189, described asc Beginning 10 feet West of the Southeast corner of sai3 Lot 9, run North 150 feet; thence run West 35 feet; thence run South 150 feet; thence run East to the point of beginning. PROVIDED, ALWAYS, this lease is entered into upon the following terms and conditions, all of which the parties hereto covenant to keep and perform. ~ 1. TERM. This lease shall commence on the first day ~ of ~ecember, 1981 and shall end at midnight on the 30th day I ~ of November, 1991. , ~ 2. RENTAL.
