receipt requested, postage prepaid, and addressed to the
party to whom directed. The address of Landlord is 203 South
29th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 33450. The address of Tenant is
P. O. Box 790, Fort Pierce, FL 33954. Either party may from
time to time change its mailing address and shall give written
notice thereof to the other.
17. WAIVER. Waiver by e~th~r party hereto of. any
term, covenant or condition of this lease t~ be performed ~
by the other shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any subse-
quent breach thereof.
18. UT•ILITIES. Tenant agrees to pay, in addition ~
to the rents reserved herein, for all utilities, including
electricity, water, sewer and refuse disposal, if any, consumed
or utilized by it during its occupancy of the demised premises. .
19. This agreement of lease shall be binding upon .
