'IHIS CAUSE came on for trial November 17, 1981, azui the Cotirt

deternunes: This court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists '
between the parties; that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved; that this court finds that
due notice was given to the Wife concerni.ng the nature, the time and
the place of these proceedir~gs; that the court has considered the Wife's
response to the Husband's Petition at the time of trial; that the court
heard test urx~ny of the minor child of the parties, MELISSA ROBIN
; ~L'HHJREUX; that the court has reviewed the school records of the minor
; child, MELISSA ROBIN L'HEURHIX ; and, the court finds that it is in the
