THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing and the Court having
given full consicieration to the pleadings and to the evidence and

testimony and the written Stipulation executed by and between the ;i

parties hereto, and the Court finding that it has jurisdiction of ;i
the subject matter and of the parties and that the marriage between {I
the parties hereto is irretrievably broken and that a reconciliatio

cannot be made between the parties, and the Court being otherwise ~

fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:

1. DISSOLL1rION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between
MERRILL D. 9RYAN and RUTH P. BRYAN, be, and the same is hereby ordered_

; dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties, and each of them, are hereby `

forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

; them and from the obligations arising therefrom. F'

2. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are no minor children
of this marriage and the parties do now own personal property jointly '
and do o~n real property jointly.
