FINAL JUDGMENT OF
DIS~OLUTION OF MARRLAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing and the Court having given
full consideration to the pleadings and to the evidence and testimony and
the written Agreement executed by and between th~ parties hereto, said
Agreement having been introduced into evidence, and the Court finding that
it has jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties and that the ~
marriage between the parties hereto is irretrievably broken and that a
reconciliation cannot be made between the parties, and the Court being
otherwise f~illy advised in the.premises, it is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between
GREC~RY R. WILLIAMS and DIANE MANLEY WILLIAriS
be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties,
and each of-them, are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising there- ~
from.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each oz the'parties is hereby enjoined and re-
; strained from interfering with, harrassing or annoying the other, and the
several Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their authorized deputies are
~ ordered to enforce this Restraining Order without further order of this Court.

~ 3. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are minor children of this

~ marriage and the part~ies do own real pr.operty jointly and do own

~ 4. CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPORT AND RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: Perma-
