Separation and Properby Settlement Agreement which has been made a part of `
this Judgment by the Court. i
7. PER90NAL P1~3PERTY: That the Husband is ordered to convey ~11 of
his right, title and interest in the Toyato Celica autombbile ID~RA42368042
to the Wife within ten (10) days from the date of the rendition of this }

Final Judgment and in the event that the Husband shall fail to do so, then
this Final Judgment shall act as a conveyance by operation of law from the
Husband to the Wife of all of the Husband's right, title and interest in the
a~oresaid automobile. • ~
