STIPU?:ATED ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon the Wife's
Motion For Modification and Motion For Con~empt, both partie
being present before the Court and represE:ited by ~ounse~.,
the Court having heard the stipulations of counsel and the
~ consents thereto of the parties and being otherwise fully
~ adv~ised in the premises, finds as follows:

~ 1. That a Final Judgment of Dissolution~of Marriage was
!
entered herein on August 12,_1977 dissolving the bonds of
! matrimony between the par~ties hereto.
. i 2. That in said Final Judgment of Dissolution of
Marriage the Court disposed of certain jointly held assets
~ and certain liabilities, more particularly described in i
~ . ;
paragraph 4(a-d)therein, said liabilities hereina~ter
referred to as "marital obligations"•. Said Final Judgment

~
also provided that proceeds of a second mortgage jointly
~ owned by the parties was to be used to pay off the Marital
i
' Obligations.

~ , 3. That said Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage ±

further provided that the Husband convey his interest in the
~ .
~ marital home to the Wife and the Husband did so convey his
~ interest to the Wife by Warranty Deed dated October 3, 1977

E i~ and recorded in O.R. Book 279 at Page 530 in the Public 3
~ Records of St.Lucie County, Florida.

t 4. That the Wife has since sold the aforesaid marital ~

hom~ and during the course of said sale it was determined ~
