judgment liens in order to convey clear title to the marital
home.
~ 5. That these judgment liens would have, in due course,
been paid From the proceeds of the jointly held second
mortgage.
6. That the parties have stipulated to the entry of ~
~his Order to provide for just compensation to the Wife for ~
her re a ent of those Marital Obligations. ~ I

NOW THEREFORE, ~t is ORDERED AND ADJUGDED as follows:
~ a) That the Husband and the Wife's attorney shall
determine the present balance of the remainder of the Marital
~ Obligations that would, in due course, be paid by that secon3
mortgage jointly owned by the Husband and Wife.
b) That the Husband shall payoff th~ remainder of the
Marital Ob]igations as determined, up to the sum of $3,500.00
c) In the event the Marital Obligations do not total
~ y$3,500.00, the Husband shall pay directly to the Wife one-hal
~
(1/2) of the difference between~the balance of the Marital
Obligations and the sum of $3,500.00.

` d~ That within sixty (60) days of the entry of this
Stipulated Order, th~ Husband will certify to the Court that

he has determined the balance of the Marital Obligations and
~in such certification shall list the creditors, the amount
