Obliga~ions shall be the.sole and exclusive responsibility of
the Husband. -
f) After all of the Marital Obligations have been paid,
either by the lump sum payment bX the Husband as set forth
herein, or, if the balance of said Marital Obligations shall
be paid from the proceeds of the jointly held second mortgage
but in any event, after all said Marital Obligations have .
been fully paid~the proceeds of the jointly held second
mortgage shall be then divided-equally between the parties
hereto.
g) This Court retains jurisdiction over the parties here o
and the subject matter of this suit for such other and furthe
orders as it may deem necessary and proper.
