2. Decedent, HATTIE MAE RIVERS, whose last known~address
was 4~4 North 18th, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450 and, if known,
whose age was 43, died on January 15, 1979 and at the time of
death, aecedent was domicil~d in St. Lucie County, Florida. .
3. So far as is known, the names of the b~neficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent and
