Ft. Piercr, Florida 33450 and who is qualified under the laws of
the State of Florida tq serve as Persona; Repres~ntativ~ of
decedent's estate, is entitled to preference in appointment as
Personal Representative because she is the daughter of the
~ decedent.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are a claim for wrongful death of decedent.
~ 7. After the exerci~e of reasonable ailigence,
Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils of
decedent. -
Petitioner requests that Debra Travis be appointed
Personal Representative of the estate of the decedent.
