The undersigned, owner (s) of the premises described below, in consideration of the payment of S 1.00 and ~ther
good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grant and givt to Florida Power
& I~ght Company, its licensees, agents. succtssars, and assigns, an easement forever for the construction. operation and .
maintenance of overhead and underground eiectric utility fac+i~t?es (including wnres, poles, guys, cables, conduits and appur- ~
tenant equipment) to be installed from time to dme; with the right to reconstruct, improre, add to. enlprge, change the voltage, l~
as well as, the size of and ~emove such facilities or any of them, on the property desccibed as follows: ~
For a point of beginninq commence at the South West oorner of tract
shown on the Plat of WINbMILL VILLAGE by the sea, UNIT TWO as recorded
in Plat Book 16, Page 31 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
I'lorida, as "Reserved for Future Waterway", thence run N-00°_p3~'-38"W
. along the Westerly line of said tract a distanc~ of 285.91 feet to an
intersection with a Westerly extention of the Northerly right of way
line of AQUA RA DRIVE as is shown on said Plat, thence run N-89°-55'-
22"E along said Westerly extended line~a distance of 55.66 feet to the
North West corner af the extention of AQUA RA DRIVE as recorded in
Official Record Book 260, pages 895 and 896 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, thence run 5-00°-03'-38"E a distance of 50 feet
~co the point of curvature, thence continue to run in a Southerly and
Easterly direction along said curve as described in Official Record Book
260, pages 895 and 896 as aforesaid a distance of 141.37 ~eet to the point
of tangent, thence run N-89°-56'-22"E a distance of 100 feet to a point on
the Southerly right of way line of AQUA RA DRIVE said point of being an ~

together with the right to permit any other person, Grm or corporation to ~ttach wires to any facilities hereunder and lay
cable and conduit within the easement and to ope:ate the same for commUnications purposes with the.right of ingress
and egress to said premises at all times, to clear the land and keep it cleared of all trees, undergrowth or other obstructions
within the easement area; to trim and cut and keep trimmed and cut all dead, weak, leaning or dangerous trees or limbs
outside of the easement area which might interfere with or fall upon the lines or systems of communications or power trans-
mission or distribupon, and further grants, to the t'ullest extent the undersi~ed has the power to grant, iC at all, the rights
hereinabove granted on the land heretofore described, over, along, under and across the roads, streets or highways adJoining or
throug~ said property.
