ORDER .
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the Motion ~
for Protective Order filed on behalf of the Plaintiff, GENE
KRUEGER, d/b/a TRIPLL K PLUMBING, and the Court having considered
the same together with argument of counsel and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

i (1) The Plaintiff sha~ll be entitled to exclude from :

~ discovery, whether by deposition, interrogatories or otherwise,
~ all "job profit" sheets and azy such information regarding the
~
~ gross or net grofit made by the Plaintiff in connection with
the OCEANRISE project. The Plaintiff shall be required, however,
to deposit with the Court copies of all his "job profit" sheets
and any and all such information regarding the profit made by ~
~
the Plaintiff for the subject job in a sealed envelope for this
~
~
~ Court's later in camera review.
~ (2) The Plaintiff shall be further entitled to exclude
~
~ ~
~ from discovery, whether by deposition, interrogatoires or other- ~
~ wise, all privileged communications and written correspondence
~
