Motion and Notice of Hearing for contempt and the Court
having heard argument of counsel and having given full
consideration to the matter, it is thereupon

is in contempt of court for failure to render an itemized
accounting to the court and to the DefendantjCounter-Plaintif ,
RICHARD A. HAWES, as required in the Order of this Court
entered November 9, 1981.
