THIS MATTER came before the Court on the Plaintiff's Motion pursuant
to Florida Statute 440.39 requesting that this Court enter an order making ;
an equitable distribution as to subrogated.claim and lien of Fl.ORIDA FARH
BUREAU INSURANCE COh~ANY, the Worker's Compensation.Car-rier for the employer,
Indian River Terminal of the claimant, JOHN W. MEEHAN, JR.

FLORIDA FAW~t BUREP.U INSURANCE COMPANY claims a lien for monies paid
for medical payments and compensation payments and other benefits provided
by the Worker's Compensation Law for the injuries suffered by the plaintiff

on or about Ptarch 27, 1980. .

- Ti~e Court having considered the evidence presented, it is
~ ORDERED ANO ADJUDGED that FLORIDA FARM BUREAU INSURANCE COMPPNY shall

E receive reimbursement on its autstanding l.ien for paid benefits in the amount
E - ~
k{ of $19,767.00, and the plaintiff is ordered to pay said sum~to the FLORIDA
{
i ~ FARM SUREAU INSURRNCE COt4PAt~Y within twenty (20) days of the date of this order. ~
~ The Court.further orders that there Shall be placed in an escrow
~ account th~e sum of ~10,000.00, which shall be in the form of U.S. Security
~ r Notes or other Government secured ne otiable paper maturing January
