behalf of the Defenaants, late charges and ~nte~~st accruing to
th.e date of this Judgment, together with the sum of $ 1,500.00 ~
which is hereby awarded as attorneys' fees for the services of the
Plaintiff's attorneys herein, tagether with all costs of this suit
which to date amount of $197.00, and the Plaintiff is additionally
entitled to recover interest at the statutory Xate of 10% per annum
from the date hereof to the date of sale.
6. That by virtue of the mortgage described in ~he
Complaint~ the Plaintiff has a valid fi~st lien upon the said mortgaged
property situated, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, the
State af Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 152, SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT THREE, REPLAT
according to the plat thereof as recorded in
. Plat Book 16, Page 12, Public Records of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida. ~
.7. That the said mortgage lien of the Plaintiff herein,
is hereby found_to be superior and prior to any claims, liens or
encumbrances against the subject real property held or claimed by
the Defendants, SECURITIES INVESTMENT COMPANY OF FLORIDA f/k/a LIBERTY .
LOAN CORPORATION and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
8. If the total_sum with interest at the rate prescribsd
by law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this
judgment are not paid within three days from this date, the Clerk

' of this Court shall sell the property at Public Sale to the highest

~ bidder for cash, f~ree, clear and discharged of and from any and all

~ claims, liens, encumbrances, rights and equity in interest of all

Defendants herein except the right of redemption vested in favor of
the United States of America pursuant to 28 USC 2410(c), which sale j~'
shall be held by the Clerk of this Caurt on the 14th day of
January , 1982,. at 11:00 a.m, at the East Front Door
