to this action, and the Court having considered said MoCion and '
the arguments of counsel, finds and determ~nes that an action for
specific performance as filed herein by Plaintiffs is available only '
against the Defendant, FLOYD KLINE, who is the alleged owner o~ the
subject real property and not against his alleged agent, it is
thereupon
~RDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Complaint filed herein against Defenda*~t, LOREN J.
KLINE, is hereby dismissed.
~ 2. Plaintiffs shall have twenty days from the date of
this Order to file an Amended Complaint against the Defendant, LOREN
