THIS CAUSE, having came on to Le heard before me, upon special
appearance and motion of ROBERT AI;STGEN to dismiss this action, and
upon the Motion of Plaintiff, to transfer this activn, on Dece~nber 3,
1981, and this Court having heard the argunent of coimsel, and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDFRF.D Ah'D ADJ[JDGID as fallows :
1. 'Ihe action against ROBERT AUSPGErI shall and is
hereby abated tmtil such tir.~e as proper service of process is had upon
i ROBERT AUSTGEN, or, upon further Motion, shall Ue dismissed if service is

not otherwise perfected.
