above, and tt?~ same, exeept as herein specifically stated, shall continue in full force
and effect, and the underslgned Mortgagor further covenants and agrees to perYorm,
comply with and abide by eaeh and every of the covenants, agreements, conditions and
stipuiations of said Promissory Note, Second Promissory Note and Mortgage.
Except ss modified hereby said Mortgage remair~ unmodffied,
unaltered and unchanged, and Mortgagee and Mortgegor hereby each ceaffirm said
Mortgage as modified i~ereby.
