THIS CAUSE came on for a hearing and trial before

Defendant, DANIEL ROSS, is indebted to the Plaintiff, THORP
CREDIT & THRIFT COMPANY, in the sum of $2,975.39 damages,
together with the cnsts in this behalf expended and herein
taxed at $35,00, plus attorney's fees in the amount of
$ 750.00 , for all of which let execution issue.
