AFFSDAVIT ~
STATE OF FI~ORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE ,
BEFORE ME, the undersigaed authority, personally
appeared RESSIE D. ATKINS, who, upon beinq duly sworn, deposes
and says:
1. That I am Ressie D.Atkins the sister of Emoqene Sword
who died on January 2,1974.
2. That Emogene Sword was the same person as Imogene
Sword shown as the qrantee in the certain Special Master's Deed
dated October 2,1944 and recorded in Deed Book 113 at Page 393
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida conveying that
certain property described as follows:
Lot 35, Plat of ALTADENA,according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4,page 71, of
the Public Records of St.Lucie County,Florida.
3. That I was the personal representative for th~ estate
of Emogene Sword and I hereby affirmatively state that the estate -
was of such value not to require any payment of either federal
or Florida estate taxes.
4. That I am the unremarried surviving spouse of Euqene
M. Atkins, a/k/a Euqene Atkins and I hereby affirmatively state that
~ upon the.date of his death on November 15,1969 the value of his

~ estate and other interests which he owned at the date of his death

! was such that they require3 ~the payment of no estate taxes either
to the federal government or to the State of Florida. 5~~~
