PERSOIJAL REPRESENTATIVE' S DEED
THIS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED, executed by WOODROW SHELTON, ~
as the duly qualified and acting personal representative of the Estate
of ELLIS M. MESERVE, deceased (Circuit Court for 4keechobee County,
Florida, Probate File No. 78-84-CP), joined by FAITH M. M~SERVE, the
sole beneficiary of the hereinafter described real property under the
~ last will and testament of Ellis M. Meserve, deceased, GRANTORS, to
FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH of Fort Pierce, Florida, a corporation not
for profit under the }.aws of the State of Florida, Grantee, whose

W. I~T N E S S E T H :
That the said GRANTORS, pursuant to power of sale contained in -
Article VI of the last will and testament of the above-named decedent,
and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, do hereby grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the GRANTEE, its
successors and assigns forever, the property in St. Lucie County,
Florida, more particularly described as follows:
A one-half undivided interest as a tenant in
common in the North one-half (N 1/2) of the
Northwest one-quarter (NW 1/4) of the South-
west one-quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 17,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida. '
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to the above-
described rea~ property. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the GR.ANTEE,
its successors and assigns, in fee simple forever.
And the said GRANTOkS covenant to and with the GRANTEE, its
successors and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in and
about the sale and conveyance of the property described herein, the
orders of the above-named court, the power of sale contained in the
will, and the laws of the State of Florida have been followed and I
~ complied with in all respects. ,
